Now it is necessary to apply the same four questions to the remaining three processes: leadership, provision and work. The leadership audit is carried out by the leading team with the directors of the organisation. Ideal leadership means enthusing members to fulfill their personal mission and the mission of the organisation, while promoting their personal values and the specific values of the organisation, as well as the universal principles of truthfulness; cleanliness and purity; simple living; and merciful loving kindness.
Together the team considers the same four questions:
1. What are our specific, ideal criteria?
2. To what extent is our organisation already expressing and supporting these values?
3. What steps are necessary to bring our organisation closer to expressing and supporting these ideals?
4. What process can we use to ensure that our organisation continually becomes closer to these universal and specific ideals?
